Vikas GlobalOne Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:<BR><BR>1. Recommendation of final dividend @ 5% i.e. Rs. 0.05/- (Five paisa) per share of the Company was approved.<BR><BR>2. The Company Formulated and adopted a Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code for Fair Disclosure of UPSI in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
