| Vikram Thermo India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 02, 2016, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In terms of code of Internal Procedure of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window of Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from April 25, 2016 to May 04, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all the designated persons of the Company due to the consideration and approval of audited Accounts of the Company for the quarters the year ended March 31, 2016 in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 02, 2016. | |
