Visaka Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 04, 2016, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Expansion of Textile Unit situated at Chirvah Village, Mouda Taluqa, Nagpur District by adding 576 Spinning positions (Approximately 26% capacity enhancement) and<BR><BR>2. Policy on determination of materiality of events and information for disclosure to the Stock Exchange as required under Regulation 30(4) read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and for the purpose of Clause 30(5) of the said Regulations, Smt. Saroja Vivekanand, Managing Director, Shri. V. Vallinath, Whole-time Director & CFO and Shri. I. Srinivas are authorised to determine the materiality of event / information for making disclosures to Stock Exchanges from time to time.
