Visaka Industries Ltd has informed BSE that next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company (3rd Meeting in FY 2015 -16) is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Financial results of the Company for the second quarter / half year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further in above connection the trading window of the Company will remain closed for the period from November 07, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (Both Days Inclusive).
