Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Pursuant to this, Company has decided that the close period (i.e., closure of trading window) for insiders covered under the Companies "Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insider" would commence from May 26, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on May 30, 2016.
