Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, Pursuant to this, Company has decided that the close period (i.e., closure of trading window) for the insiders covered under the Companies Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insider would commence on August 09, 2015 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on August 14, 2015.
