Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received the resignation letter from Mr. Karun Jain, Executive Director.<br/><br/>Mr.Karun Jain, has given three (3) month notice and requested the Board to relieve him of his responsibilities of the Executive Director and Director of the Company effective close of business on January 14, 2015.<br/><br/>Further the Company inform that the resignation will be placed before the Board of Directors at its next meeting for recording the same.
