| Reply to your query raised via email dated 02/02/2024 and submission of fresh Corporate Announcement, please find below replies: 1) In relation to the mentioning of required details under the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09/09/2015- this is to apprise you that the same was already enclosed as Annexure-I to that Covering Letter/ Disclosure. However, the same is also produced and attached in the Reply Letter submitting herewith. 2) In the matter of discrepancies of not disclosing the resignation of the Independent Director to the Exchange within 24 hours- this is to inform you that there were some technical hitches in our internal server, due to which we are not receiving emails in timely/ properly manner (few were lapsed too), consequently, we did not find the resignation email on time. Further to draw your attention to the fact that as soon as we came to know about receipt of the Resignation Letter, we immediately intimated the same to your good office. | |
