Subject to the Approval of shareholders in General Meeting to increase the Borrow/ing Powers of the Board from Rs. 500(Five Hundred) Crore to Rs. 1000 (One Thousand) Crore.<br/><br/>2. Convening the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on December 27, 2013 and Notice of EGM.
