Voltas Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has on May 05, 2015 received intimation from Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) informing about resignation of Mr. Thomas Mathew T. as their Representative on Voltas Board. Accordingly, Mr. Thomas Mathew T. ceases to be a Director of Voltas Limited with effect from May 05, 2015. Mr. Thomas Mathew T. was appointed as the Director representing LIC on January 10, 2013.
