We herewith write to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019 read with the Company''s "Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders", the Trading window in respect of dealings in Equity Shares of the Company, will remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Persons & their relatives including all insiders and "the connected persons" with the Company, w.e.f. 01.04.2024 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results by the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31.03.2024. The Company shall disseminate the information with respect to the date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the said Audited Financial Results at appropriate time.
