VST Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 20, 2016, have proposed appointment of M/s. BSR & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants as Statuatory Auditors of the Company in place of retiring auditor M/s. Lovelock & Lewes, for a period of five years from the conclusion of the ensuing 85th Annual General Meeting of the Company, subject to approval of Members.
