Walchandnagar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 29, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following items of the agenda;<br/><br/>1. To consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results and segment wise Financial Report for the Last Quarter and Year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, and the Code of Conduct of the Company, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from November 21, 2014 to November 30, 2014 (both days inclusive).
