Wall Street Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 24, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's code of conduct pursuant to the requirements of the SEBI (prohibition of insider trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the Directors, Designated employees and their immediate relatives and connected person covered under the said code from November 20, 2015 to November 26, 2015 (both days inclusive).
