Welspun India Ltd has informed BSE that the Finance and Administration Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 09, 2014 allotted 18,500 equity shares to the employees of the Company who had exercised their options under ESOP scheme of the Company. The equity shares allotted rank pari passu in all respect, including dividend, with the existing equity shares of the Company.<br/><br/>Subsequent to the allotment on July 09, 2014, equity share capital of the Company stands altered.
