Welspun India Ltd has informed BSE that IDBI Bank Limited has withdrawn the nomination of Mr. Ajay Sharma as director on the Board of Directors of the Company and has instead nominated Ms. Padma Betai as director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from August 22, 2015. Pursuant to provisions of the Articles of Association of the Company, Ms. Betai stands appointed as director of Welspun India Limited.<BR>
