Welspun India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 20, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed from July 13, 2015 to July 22, 2015.
