WEP Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the separate meeting of Independent Directors of the Company was held on May 18, 2015, wherein the following items of agenda were discussed in line with the requirement of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement read with applicable provisions of Schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>1. Evaluated the performance of Non-Independent Directors and the Board as a whole against a set of pre-defined norms.<BR><BR>2. Evaluated the performance of the Chairperson of the Company against the objectives set at the beginning of the year.<BR><BR>3. Assessed the quality, quantity and timeliness of flow of information between the Company management and the Board against pre-defined norms.
