Westlife Development Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on August 07, 2015, to consider, inter alia, the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from July 30, 2015 to August 10, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015, and will re-open on August 11, 2015.
