Westlife Development Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on November 07, 2014, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from October 27, 2014 to November 10, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the declaration of quarterly unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014, and will re-open on Tuesday, November 11, 2014.
