Wheels India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2016, has recommended Final Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2016 - Rs. 5.50 (55%) per Equity share for payment to the shareholders whose names stand on the Register of members as on the date of 57th Annual General Meeting.
