Whirlpool of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 31, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Quarterly and Half Yearly Financial Results after limited review for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the closure of "Trading window" shall commence from October 24, 2014 and will end on November 02, 2014 after public announcement of the unaudited financial result for third quarter ended September 30, 2014.
