Whirlpool of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Audit committee and Board of directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 04, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited quarterly and half yearly financial results after limited review for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the companys Code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the closure of "Trading Window" shall commence from October 28, 2015 and will end on November 07, 2015.
