Winsome Textile Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2015, inter-alia, have considered and approved the followings:-<BR><BR>1. Re-appointment of Sh. Ashish Bagrodia (Chairman & Managing Director) as Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. February 01, 2016, subject to the approval of shareholders in forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Company.<BR><BR>2. Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information as perSEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
