| With reference to the earlier letter dated February 19, 2015 vide which the Company had informed regarding the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on March 27, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at registered office of the Company i.e. 1, Industrial Area, Baddi, Distt. Solan, Himachal Pradesh and also about the Cut off date for Electronic Voting.<BR><BR>In furtherance of the same, Winsome Textile Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has offered E- Voting facility to its shareholders to exercise their right to vote by electronic means and business may be transacted through E- Voting services provided through electronic voting platform of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). Members holding shares either in physical or demat mode as on the Cut-off date i.e. February 27, 2015 may cast their vote electronically.<BR><BR>The voting through electronic means shall commence on March 19, 2015 at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and shall end on March 21, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. (IST). The voting shall not be allowed beyond the aforesaid date and time. | |
