Winsome Yarns Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 26, 2014, formed an opinion that the Company had become a sick industrial company within the meaning of the provisions of section 3(1)(o) of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 (SICA) and pursuant to the provisions of section 15(1) of SICA, a reference be filed with BIFR.
