Winsome Yarns Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2014, accorded their consent that the current financial year i.e. 2013-2014, which was earlier decided to be closed on June 30, 2014, be extended for a period of 3 months and now be closed on September 30, 2014 comprising thereby a total period of 12 months from October 01, 2013 to September 30, 2014.
