Winsome Yarns Ltd has informed BSE that the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company was held today on March 31, 2015. The Ballot Papers have been taken by the Scrutinizer Mr. Girish Madan, Company Secretary in Practice. Based on the report of Scrutinizer the Chairman will declare the result within 48 hours of the meeting, as required under clause 35A of the listing agreement, at the registered office of the Company and the same will be posted simultaneously on the Website of the Company.
