With reference to the news item appearing the leading financial daily newspaper titled, "Premji Jr to be at wheel of Wipro's venture arm", Wipro Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :<br/><br/>"Wipro constantly evaluates various vehicles for investment in companies focused on emerging technologies. As and when any such decision is taken on any material event, we shall intimate the Stock Exchanges under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement, accordingly."
