Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 21, 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved declaration of final dividend of Rs.7/- per equity share of par value Rs.2/- each.<BR><BR>Further, the payout date for final dividend, when declared at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, is fixed as July 31, 2015.
