Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors will be held over January 24-25, 2017 to consider and approve, interalia:<BR><BR>1. Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results under IndAS for quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 (Q3),<BR><BR>2. the Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company under IFRS for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>The financial results would be finally approved by the Board of Directors on the evening of January 25, 2017.<BR><BR>The Company has closed the trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 from December 16, 2016 to January 27, 2017.
