Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that the book closure date for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company is fixed as July 23, 2014 instead of Book closure date from July 01, 2014 to July 23, 2014 as communicated earlier vide letter dated April 17, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to this, shareholders who are on the Register of Members as on July 22, 2014 closing hours shall be entitled to receive dividend which is subject to approval of shareholders.<br/><br/>This change is to align with the requirements stipulated by New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on the Company's ADRs listed therein for the purpose of payment of final dividend. The final dividend payment date continues to be July 31, 2014, and there is no change.
