This is to inform you that as per Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will be closed from 1st November, 2017 to 15th November, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Monday, 13th November, 2017 at 3.00 P.M. at the registered office of the company at Office No. 303, Morya Landmark I, Opp. Infinity Mall, Off New Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai 400053 to consider the matter as stated in the notice of the Board meeting of the company dated 1st November, 2017. All Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
