To take on record/approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To Take on record the Limited Review Report given by the Statutory Auditors on the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>3. To consider and approve the Annual Report for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>4. To decide date, time and venue of the Annual General Meeting for the Year ended on March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>5. To consider the Appointment of Women Director (Section 14a(1) of Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 11.1. under the Companies Act, 2013). | |
