Yashraj Containeurs Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2016, inter alia, to consider following items:<BR><BR>1. To appoint Dr. Jayesh Vinodrai Valia, as Managing Director, with effect from April 01, 2016, under Section 196, 197, and Schedule V of Companies Act, 2013, including Central Government, if any, subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on or before September, 2016, for a period of 3 years, on a monthly remuneration as per the Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>2. To discuss the SEBI Order dated January 13, 2016 and to note the status at Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai.<BR><BR>3. To discuss the SEBI Order dated March 16, 2016 including the course of action.
