Yes Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 4,43,000 (Four Lakh Forty Three Thousand) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on September 10, 2014 under the Joining Employee Stock Option Plan-II (JESOP-II), Joining Employee Stock Option Plan-III (JESOP-III), YBL ESOP and YBL JESOP V/PESOP-II. The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,15,65,85,230 consisting of 41,56,58,523 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,16,10,15,230 consisting of 41,61,01,523 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
