Yes Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 1,23,255 (One Lakh Twenty Three Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Five) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on September 21, 2015 under the JESOP II, JESOP III, and YBL JESOP V/PESOP-II Plans. The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,18,64,64,390 consisting of 41,86,46,439 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,18,76,96,940 consisting of 41,87,69,694 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
