| Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 & in continuation of the earlier communication dated September 4, 2020 & September 28, 2020, the Company wishes to inform the exchange and the Shareholders of the Company that the Company had pledged 100% of its shareholding in Bini Builders Private Limited, subsidiary of the Company (hereinafter referred as 'Subsidiary'), in favour of SWAMIH Investment Fund I. The Company hereby informs you that subsidiary of the Company has repaid the Debentures issued by SWAMIH Investment Fund I for which the Company had pledged its shareholding in the subsidiary and hence as on date, the pledge on the Shares of the subsidiary are released and there is no longer any charge on the shares held of the subsidiary.
