Zee Learn Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Employees Stock Option Scheme (ZLL- ESOP 2010) approved by the Members at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on October 13, 2010, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board at its meeting held on October 28, 2015, has approved grant of 2429767 Stock Options (convertible into equivalent number of Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each of the Company) as per the eligibility norms of the above Scheme in the category Employees / Directors.<BR><BR>These Stock Options have been granted at an Exercise Price of Rs. 31.80 per equity share being the closing price of the equity shares of the Company on October 27, 2015 at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited which had the highest quantity of trading in Company's Shares.
