Mr Rajesh Katragadda, Independent Direcctor of the Company, incurred disqualification under section 164(2) of the Companies Act, 2013 because of his directorship in some other company which has not filed the financial statements and annual returns with the Register of Companies. Accordingly Mr Rajesh Katragadda ceased to be a director of the Company with effect from 18 November 2017.
