Zenith Birla (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, Pursuant Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement and other applicable provisions under the Code of internal Procedures & Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the trading window shall remain closed from May 25, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open on June 02, 2015.
