Zenith Computers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, for considering:<BR><BR>1. the Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and for the year, both ended March 31, 2015 along with the Audited Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To recommend pass over of dividend in respect of the said year that is there would no recommendation for payment of dividend in respect of the said year.
