Zensar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 19, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2015 and to consider a proposal for payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has also informed that:<BR><BR>i. Trading Window of the Company is closed from January 12, 2016 to January 21, 2016 (both days inclusive) in terms of The Code of Fair Disclosure, Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of the Company.<BR><BR>ii. Company will hold Q3 FY16 Earnings Conference Call on January 20, 2016 from 4.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
