Zinema Media And Entertainment Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulations 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held at the registered office of the Company on Wednesday, 07th February 2024 at 05.00 PM., to consider, approve and take on record, inter-alia, the Un-audited Financial Results for the Half Year ended 30th September, 2023 among other items. Further, with reference to the above captioned subject we would like to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and 'Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' as adopted by the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from 01st February 2024 to 09th February 2024 (both days Inclusive).
