Zodiac Clothing Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, has :<BR><BR>1. Recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 2.50/- per share (i.e. @25%) on the Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2014-15.<BR><BR>2. Decided to convene the 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company on August 12, 2015 at Mumbai.
