Zodiac Clothing Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2016, inter alia;<BR><BR>1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016 along with the last quarter results as on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To consider recommending dividend, if any on the Equity Shares for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors and Designated Employees during the period from May 16, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the Meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to be held on May 26, 2016 for considering and taking on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016.
