Zydus Wellness Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall make the payment of dividend of Rs.6/- (60%) on 39,072,089 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on or after August 03, 2015 subject to the approval of the same by the shareholders at the ensuing 21st Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 29, 2015.
