Zylog Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the date of the Annual General Body Meeting for the Financial year 2012-13, which was fixed on March 14, 2014, is being deferred now and postponed on April 10, 2014 due to the delay in statutory compliance of the appointment of New Statutory Auditors which is resulting in the delay in Printing and Dispatching of Annual Reports.
