Amsons Apparels to raise Rs 3.25 cr through its IPO

Amsons Apparels is coming out with an initial public offering (IPO) of 32,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each for cash at a fixed price of Rs 10 per equity share, reported media. The issue opens on December 16, 2014 and will close on December 22, 2014. The shares will be listed on SME platform of BSE. The share is priced at par of its face value of Rs 10, as per the media reports. Book running lead manager to the issue is BCB Brokerage. Compliance Officer for the issue is Sachin Verma. Amsons Apparels was originally incorporated at New Delhi as “Amsons Apparels Private Limited” on 16th September, 2003 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. |
