Nirvikara Paper Mills lists shares in ‘T’ group securities

Nirvikara Paper Mills Ltd on Tuesday said its equity shares are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and admitted to dealings on the exchange in the list of 'T' group securities.

“Effective from July 28, 2015, the equity shares of Nirvikara Paper Mills Ltd are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'T' Group Securities,” said Nirvikara Paper Mills Ltd in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange on July 28, 2015.

Nirvikara Paper Mills Ltd (NPML) manufactures and markets paper products. The company offers coated duplex boards which are used for packaging by pharmaceuticals, toiletries, cosmetics and health care, readymade garments, and food products industries.

Meanwhile, shares of the company were trading flat at Rs 87.65 apiece from previous close on BSE at 10:46 hours.
